The first project releases of the supported codes are out! You can find all the packages here: https://bioexcel.eu/software/code-repositories.
All BioExcel-supported new modules are offered under a suitable free open-source license: Lesser GNU General Public License, versions 2.1 (GROMACS and CPMD QM/MM), version 3 (pmx) and either the Apache 2.0 or MIT license (HADDOCK scripts). These all grant you the right to use the code for any purpose, modify, make derivative works, and/or redistribute the code, and differ only in minor details.
The major effort of this release is based on the year-long efforts on end-user consultation, team planning, software development, documentation, quality assurance, testing, and bug fixing that is expected for the output of a quality software e-infrastructure like BioExcel.
