The management structure of BioExcel has been designed to ensure that the objectives are met in the most efficient way.

The ultimate authority for the project is the Project Management Board (PMB), which is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the project, its roadmap and technical vision. The PMB is composed by at least one representative from each project partner.

The executive management of the project will be coordinated by the Executive Board (EB), composed of the work package leaders and deputies. The EB is responsible for ensuring project progress with respect to the Description of Work.

The Advisory Board acts as an external advisory body to the PMB and consists of scientific and industrial experts who act as Key Opinion Leaders in their respective fields.
