Dear reader,

We are excited to announce registration and abstract submissions are now open for the EMBO Workshop: Advances and Challenges in Biomolecular Simulations in collaboration with BioExcel to be held from 18 to 21 October 2021. This virtual conference aims to bring together researchers in the fields of biomolecular simulations, integrative modelling, drug design and more.

EMBO Workshop: Advances and Challenges in Biomolecular Simulations from 18 - 21 October 2021. Registration deadline is 24 September and abstract submission is 13 July.

The 4-day virtual conference will include talks from invited speakers and abstracts priortising early career researchers on free energy, molecular simulation, sampling, structural bioinformatics, integrative modelling and drug design. Using ICEI resources for atomistic molecular dynamics simulations

With molecular simulation techniques becoming crucial in the COVID-19 fight, this article briefly introduces BioExcel's work using resources granted through the PRACE-ICEI Calls for Proposals.
